ADHD Coaching for College Students

Navigating college life can feel overwhelming for students with ADHD. The balance between academic demands and social opportunities, while being self-reliant, can be challenging. It requires strong executive function skills that are already impaired with ADHD, which can lead students to be hard on themselves and erode their self-esteem.

Working with Christelle

As a coach, I help students understand their uniquely wired brains, reconnect with their strengths, and build self-awareness and confidence so they can live authentically with their ADHD

Coaching is a partnership, and throughout the sessions, I will guide the student to:

  • Challenge their negative self-talk

  • Learn ways to regulate and strengthen their executive functions (organization, planning, time management)

  • Identify how they process and learn

  • Establish routines to reinforce healthy behaviors

  • Identify intense emotions and develop skills to govern them

  • Develop tailored tools and strategies

Scholarship Opportunity

In an effort to help a student who otherwise would not be able to afford coaching, every semester I am opening a spot for a program of 8 coaching sessions FREE OF CHARGE for one student.
