Coaching vs. Medical Advice: The services, programs, workshops, and content provided on this Site and through our coaching practice are for informational, educational, and life-coaching purposes only.
Not Healthcare or Therapy: Coaching is not psychotherapy, mental health counseling, medical treatment, or psychiatric care. Christelle Jorge is an executive function and life coach, not a licensed therapist, psychiatrist, or physician.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a coaching session. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the forfeiture of that session fee.
Refunds: Due to the personalized and digital nature of coaching, consulting, and educational workshops, all sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing for a specific program.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Christelle Jorge Coaching, its owner, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:
