The holidays often become a source of intense overwhelm and emotional exhaustion for individuals with ADHD. The disrupted routines, sensory overload, social pressure, and increased demands on executive function (planning, organization, emotional regulation) can leave us feeling emotionally drained with difficulty transitioning into the new year. In this practical and informative workshop, we will explore the unique challenges for women with ADHD and demonstrate how yoga can help. We will also address the aftermath of the holiday overwhelm through a soothing, grounding practice designed to calm the nervous system, creating a sense of empowerment and restoration.
