ADHD Consulting

Gain Clarity
Navigate ADHD, Together
Whether you suspect you have ADHD, want to understand your brain better, or simply need clarity on your next steps—you don't have to figure it out alone. As an ADHD coach and consultant, I provide a compassionate, structured space to help you understand your brain, explore your options, and take practical steps toward clarity and control.
Please Note: Consulting appointments provide psychoeducation, personal support, and tailored resources. Unlike ongoing coaching—which focuses on long-term goal setting and behavioral strategies —consulting helps you make sense of ADHD, answer your questions, and gain clarity on your immediate next steps.
Does it feel familiar?
✔ Work twice as much to keep up with basic tasks—and still feel behind
✔ Plan to be on time, only for unexpected things to constantly throw you off course
✔ Feel like you're never doing enough compared to those around you
✔ Worry that you are "too much"—too intense, too sensitive, or too reactive
It can be difficult for women to identify or understand ADHD in themselves. For decades, mainstream awareness and research have focused almost entirely on hyperactive behavior in young boys. Only recently has research caught up to how ADHD shows up in women, adults, and older adults.
In women, ADHD often presents as inattentive symptoms rather than overt hyperactivity. Many women learn to mask their struggles early on to meet societal expectations—often building successful careers or earning advanced degrees. But the immense mental and emotional cost of keeping up appearances often goes unseen.
Suspecting you have ADHD can feel overwhelming and isolating. A wave of questions follows: Could this really be ADHD? What do my symptoms mean? Do I need a formal diagnosis, and where would I even start? Sorting through endless information only breeds self-doubt. While books, articles, and podcasts are helpful, sometimes you just need to talk it through with a real person.
Here is my offer:
A supportive, non-judgmental partner who listens to your story and helps you make sense of your experiences. Together, we’ll process your thoughts, explore what ADHD means for you, and answer your burning questions. I will guide you through your options and help you map out clear, actionable next steps—so you never have to navigate this alone.
Important note:
My services are educational and developmental in nature. As an ADHD coach and consultant, I do not provide clinical diagnoses, medical advice, or specific treatment prescriptions. I am here to facilitate your journey, help you gain clarity, and explore potential next steps.
