Service Description

The individual coaching sessions offer a compassionate, mindful environment to help you connect with who you truly are behind the masking and limiting beliefs. During these sessions, we will: - gain deep awareness of your unique brain wiring and core strengths - foster self-acceptance and confidence in a safe, held space - build sustainable, custom strategies for emotional regulation, overwhelm, and executive dysfunction. $200 for a single 1-hour coaching session $150 for one hour of coaching when part of a plan
