Service Description

Consulting appointments are designed to provide psychoeducation, resources, and support. During our time together, I will help you understand the symptoms of ADHD and how they show up in your life. I'll share information on different approaches to managing ADHD (no advice will be given; this is purely informational) and the resources available. I will provide support along your journey. Consulting differs from coaching in that we don’t address specific goals or find strategies.
